Firmware update¶

We are always improving the ARC firmware to increase the feature set and improve reliablity, to update your ARC system to the latest firmware and see the improvements for yourself follow the steps below.

Identification¶

First, you must identify what version or ARC Hardware and ARC firmware you are currently running. There are a few different versions of ARC firmware out in the world, and we support them all but the update steps differ slightly depending on which version you have.

Firmware upgrade¶

Navigate to the Web Tool and go to the "Firmware Update" tab along the top bar.
